Katy’s Stir Fry

Katy threw this together tonight for supper.  Even her younger sisters took seconds and thirds!

18-20 oz marinated, grilled chicken

2 stalks celery

1/3 head of broccoli

1-5 oz can of water chesnuts

1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper

1 c frozen sweet corn

6 mushrooms

1/4 c g-free soy sauce

1/2 c smoked almonds

Heat 2 T grape seed oil in wok. Add broccoli and celery first, and after two minutes add other ingredients.  Enjoy over rice if desired!
